All classes are taught by qualified experienced teachers. A variety of Yoga and Pilates classes are offered at different levels.

About Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a practice based on combining physical movement with
control
of the breath. It works in many ways; first as a means to become
stronger
and more flexible, but also to awaken a deep sense of inner relaxation
and a
resulting fearlessness. With this release of fear comes a softer
perception
of the world and a sense of connectedness and loving awareness.
Regular practice can help with recovery from illness and injury and can
change your life in many profound ways; do not underestimate the value
of
being more balanced, centred and coordinated, of being strong and
light,
more flexible and without pain, and with the subsequent feelings of
transparency and of being more sensitive.
