"Which class is good for me?"
Please contact the teacher that seems best for you, having read their biographical information on the site. Should you wish to get in touch with any of them their contact details are provided under their biographies.

"What do I need to bring?"
We provide equipment for all the classes. We provide: Mats, belts, blocks, bolsters and cushions. If you wish to bring your own blanket or cover for relaxation at the end of class you are welcome to do so.

"What should I wear?"
Please wear clothing that is loose or stretchy e.g: tights, sweat pants, T shirts. Bring socks if you would like, there is a small changing area but no showers.

"Is there parking available?"
Parking is free outside the space from 6.30pm. You can park either in the residents parking bays or on the yellow lines after this time.

"How do find the Hidden Space?"
Take the tube to Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly Line. Turn left our of the main tube exit and cross over the road at the nearest traffic light. Walk down Green Lanes with Ducketts Common on your right hand side and follow the whole length of the park until you arrive at the Queen's Head Pub also on your right hand side. Walk one more block until you see Asia Spice Indian Restaurant on the corner of Falkland Road. We are 6 houses down on the same side as the restaurant. The Hidden Space has a big green gate and is tucked quietly in between numbers 93 and 95. If you are visiting us on a saturday there is free parking on Tottenham Lane which is about a 15 minute walk from the venue in the direction of Crouch End . However we recommend public transportation as we are well served by buses and tubes.

Please feel free to contact the teachers if there is any aspect of the courses you want to talk about. See the section on "Teachers" or "Classes" for more details on individual teachers.
